- Kits for UK/European customer orders are typically sent out the following business day either by Royal Mail “First Class Signed For” delivery (UK) or “International Business Parcels Tracked and Signed For” delivery (other European countries).
- Pre-paid returns labels are included with kits for UK customers. Other European customers, however, must choose and purchase their own return service from local post.
- Return of kits and samples for UK customers uses the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees next day delivery.
Return your entire kit, with sample(s), within 14 days to ensure validity of your sample(s).
- Pre-paid returns labels are included with kits for UK customers. Other European customers, however, must choose and purchase their own return service from local post.
- Return of kits and samples for UK customers uses the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which guarantees next day delivery.
If unused and all Return Policy conditions are met, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price minus all shipping costs (both the shipping of the kit to you and return shipment to Prism) and a £30 per sampling tube re-certification charge.

An order can be modified or cancelled prior to shipment from our facility by sending an email to support@homeaircheck.co.uk. You will receive a confirmation of shipment email when your package has shipped.
